The purchase will be completed as usual, and an earnest money deposit will still be needed. However, we'll arrange a payment schedule that includes the principal plus a small amount of interest over the course of the loan rather than the whole payment being due at closing.
Since the land investment serves as the collateral, you can return it to us if you decide you no longer desire the property and won't be required to make any additional payments.
The early payment of the land is not subject to any penalties.
